Key Responsibilities Define, own, and execute the data engineering and analytics strategy aligned with company goals Act as a hands-on contributor and team leader, managing the Data function while designing data models and pipelines Establish and manage a centralized data platform, implementing best practices for data governance and analytics Required Qualifications Proven experience building and leading Data teams in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling tech environment Strong technical background in data engineering and analytics Hands-on expertise with modern data engineering and analytics tech stack, including data modeling and transformation tools Proficiency with SQL and Python Solid understanding of software engineering and architecture practices
