Overview
The Technical Analyst will provide hands-on technical support for data migration activities, including analysis, cleansing, and conversion tasks, under the guidance of the Technical Data Lead and Data Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed data analysis of legacy systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
- Support the development and execution of data cleansing and conversion scripts.
- Perform data mapping between legacy and new system structures.
- Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain documentation of data issues, resolutions, and technical processes.
- Participate in design and review sessions with the Fund's team and System Integrator.
- Generate reports, audit logs, and reconciliation summaries.
- Assist in troubleshooting data migration issues during testing and post-migration phases.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or database development.Hands-on experience with Oracle 19C , PL / SQL, and ETL processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with data cleansing, reconciliation, and reporting.Ability to document processes and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.Certification
Oracle Data Migration-related certification preferred.
