Maintain a consistent revenue intake per week during the peak operational period. Ensure a steady workforce of full-time in-field technicians throughout the active season. Reach the set annual revenue target for holiday lighting services by year-end. Generate additional revenue by achieving a targeted percentage of upsell conversions. Maintain a strong sales conversion rate to optimize new business acquisitions. Operate within the allocated budget as defined in the Profit and Loss projections. Leadership Ability A strong, charismatic leader who unites the team to achieve goals. Motivates and develops others, gives and receives feedback well, and represents the company with professionalism. Critical Thinking Breaks down complex challenges, anticipates issues before they arise, and makes smart, informed decisions. A keen observer who identifies potential issues before they arise, proactively preventing problems rather than just reacting to them. Reliability Highly accountable, takes ownership of responsibilities, and follows through with adaptability and a strong work ethic. Organization Manages time, tasks, and resources efficiently, prioritizes effectively, and maintains a well-structured workspace for maximum productivity. Communication Active listener and clear communicator who motivates others, understands different perspectives, and ensures messages are well-received. Always errs on the side of over-communication. Active pest control license in Structural Pest Control and Mosquito Control Continuing education credits for pest control (preferred) Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in a related field (preferred) Proven experience in operations management, sales, leadership, or similar role Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs Must be able to provide references from previous employers
