A company is looking for an Insurance Manager to lead a team and implement effective processes in healthcare insurance management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of insurance representatives and supervisors to achieve performance goals
Establish policies, workflows, and procedures to enhance client service and operational efficiency
Monitor performance metrics and manage aged balances to ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts
Required Qualifications
BA / BS Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare insurance collections preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a management role leading healthcare or collection agents
Strong leadership skills and results-driven mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
