Position Overview

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of power supply and power electronics projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, timelines, and budgets. This position requires a dynamic professional with expertise in project management, cross-functional coordination, and risk mitigation to drive the success of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, from concept to commercialization, while managing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to develop and implement customer-focused solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for strategic OEM accounts to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes that meet revenue and performance targets.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including risk assessments, milestone tracking, and contingency strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions; conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
