Required License / Registration / Certification : Certified Physical Requirements : The physical requirements of this position include intermittently sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); and regularly standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and lifting, pushing, and / or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50 lbs. Shift : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. with occasional weekends / holidays Job Summary : The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is primarily responsible for direct patient care as outlined in a patient's treatment plan established by the occupational therapist. Additional job duties may include assisting the supervisor and departmental leadership in program development; providing customer service; and upholding UKHC enterprise policies and procedures.
