Description

The System Outcome and Optimization UM Team Lead supports the System Director of Utilization Management by providing ongoing system-wide support to the Program Network through data retrieval analysis and report distribution. This role requires advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both executive leadership and operational teams. The Team Lead leverages tools such as Microsoft Excel (including Power Query) Power BI SharePoint and other agency systems to monitor performance validate report accuracy and communicate data-driven narratives. By guiding their team toward dynamic outcome-focused practices they help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education : Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

Defined Education : Health and Human Services Business Computer Science or a related field

Years Experience : Three (3) years

Defined Experience : Experience working with all of the Microsoft suite including but not limited to Microsoft Excel (including Power Query) Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Access and Microsoft Power BI. Experience working in a consultative role and communicating complex data sets to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
