Responsibilities :

  • Analyze large and diverse data sets from EV charging stations, vehicles, customers, and grid systems.
  • Work with Operations team to establish SLAs and KPIs for network performance, troubleshooting response times, and uptime reliability.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track SLAs and KPIs such as charger utilization, uptime, energy delivered, and customer wait times.
  • Generate automated reporting for Rebate Programs, Compliance Reporting, Financial reporting and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Build forecasting models to support charger demand planning and infrastructure expansion.
  • Work with Operations team to root operational inefficiencies, outages, or customer dissatisfaction using data.
  • Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in energy, mobility, transportation, or infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experience working with large-scale data in cloud platforms
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills – ability to present insights clearly and influence decisions.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Electric Vehicle space, EV Charging Ecosystems, or Utility data.
  • Background in time-series or operational data analysis.
  • Advanced degree (MS / PhD) in a quantitative field is a plus.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    70,000 - 130,000 USD per year(HQ)
