Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) for ad copy / content optimization. Familiarity with real-time data streaming tools (Kafka, Spark Streaming). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Dash). Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a keen focus on delivering business value. Proactive problem-solving and ownership attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI product development.
- Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Keras.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in feature engineering, model tuning, cross-validation, and performance optimization.
