Now Hiring : Pipe Shop Foremen – Day & Night Shift | Metro Denver

A leading manufacturer supporting the energy sector has secured a major AI data center construction contract and is scaling rapidly. We’re seeking two experienced Pipe Shop Foremen —one for day shift , one for night shift —to lead production teams in a fast-paced, high-output pipe fabrication environment.

What You’ll Do :

Supervise and coordinate skilled trades in a modern fabrication shop

Maintain safety, quality, and production standards

Interpret drawings, specifications, and job orders

Adjust work sequences and direct shop floor activity

Support a culture of performance, training, and accountability

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of fabrication or industrial welding experience (spool welding, Mig, Tig, FCAW (flux core arc welding))

Prior leadership / supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

Strong blueprint reading and scheduling skills

High-volume or mass production welding background preferred

Willingness to work overtime as needed
