Behavioral Therapist

Passionate about the mental health of women and female identifying individuals, we specialize in perinatal mental health, interpersonal trauma, and life transitions for adults 18 and over. Utilizing strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches, we provide engaged and compassionate therapy that is personalized for each client in Columbus and Cleveland, as well as virtually throughout Ohio.

We are as passionate about supporting other clinicians as we are about client care. We believe continuing education should be inspiring, challenging and empowering; and we are thrilled to share the practice areas that we are most dedicated to with our community through pre-recorded and live virtual trainings offered by Wild Hope Enrichment.

We provide a hybrid of in-person and virtual therapy, and employees have access to a fully furnished and decorated office space. Duties will include : diagnostic assessments, individual, couples or group counseling to adult clients, treatment planning, and documentation.

We provide :

• Competitive compensation ($45 / hour for dependently licensed clinicians, $50 / hour for independently licensed clinicians)

Minimum Qualification Requirements :

Masters Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work ; and

If dependent : Active provisional license (LSW, LPC, or MFT) in the State of Ohio.

If independent : Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC) in the State of Ohio (must be fully licensed).

Hold 24 client sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred / scheduled by Wild Hope Therapy; may require scheduling 24+ clients a week

Hold at least 24 client sessions per week (may require scheduling more), provided such sessions are available and referred / scheduled by Wild Hope Therapy.
