Project Manager

Job Description : The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle - from contract negotiation and planning through to final acceptance - ensuring successful delivery of complex, technical projects. This position will manage the implementation of material handling systems that include semi-automated to fully automated storage systems, order fulfillment technologies, and conveyor solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full project lifecycle, including initial planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, operations, and field service to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
• Read, interpret, and implement mechanical and electrical blueprints, control system schematics, and technical documentation.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, and industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, etc.) to ensure proper system integration and performance.
• Plan and oversee field activities, including scheduling and supervising installation crews and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement of system components, hardware, and subcontracted services; expedite materials to meet schedule requirements.
• Address and resolve design, engineering, or operational issues that arise during the course of the project in a timely, professional manner.
