Application Developer

Koch Companies is looking for an Application Developer who's ready to take ownership of high-impact projects that power our transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations. You'll build tools from the ground up, modernize existing systems, and collaborate with a small, experienced team to solve real business problems. This is a hands-on development role! Expect to code in C# (Windows service applications and WinForms), MVC, JSON API, and modern web technologies. We're also looking for someone who stays current and is already experimenting with or implementing AI in their work. Your insights will help shape how we bring next-gen solutions into our business. This role starts in-office for onboarding and transitions to a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 days remote) once you're up to speed.

Location : This position is onsite at our corporate office in Golden Valley, MN | Hybrid (after 90 days)

About the role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $85,764.30 - $125,113.70 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $90,000 $105,000+ (commensurate with experience).
