Position Overview
We are searching for a reliable and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Agent to handle incoming calls, assist clients with their inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Salary Range : $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain performance standards related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
