Progressive Animal Wellness (PAW) is seeking a motivated and skilled Exam Room Assistant to join our high-performing outpatient team. This role is primarily focused on running exam rooms , supporting tech appointments , and delivering excellent client communication and education.
In this position you will :
- Support doctors by managing outpatient and exam room flow
- Perform safe & gentle animal restraint and handling
- Collect patient histories and document findings
- Scribe exam notes in real time
- Assist with tech appointments and outpatient services
- Provide clear, compassionate client communication and education
Schedule : This is a full-time role with a 4x10 schedule , with availability needed Monday-Friday and one rotating Saturday every 3 weeks.
