The management career path at Wendy's :

Crew Member : Consistently shows up on time, pays attention, strive to do his / her best and drives enthusiastically towards needed result.

Shift Manager : Identify how their own individual role, and that of a team, supports the organization.

Assistant General Manager : Knows cost management and control techniques, monitors daily operations, coaches as necessary to maintain Wendy's standards.

General Manager : Embraces change and is willing to modify behavior to achieve business improvements.

Regardless of what position / role you started with us, we provide the necessary training, timely feedbacks and required certification tests. We promote up to 80% of our management candidates from within based on performance, commitment and dedication.

Making things happen is just one of your talents : If a Wendy's restaurant was a person, it'd be you : fun, fast and friendly, Whatever comes up with a customer - good or bad - you handle it like a boss. You get how things work here, and make sure new team members know it, too. You make sure food safety standards and procedures are on point.

What you bring to the table : At least one year of restaurant work experience. High school diploma or GED. (Some college or military experience? Tell us that, too.) You've already led, managed, and organized a team in a fast-paced environment. Mad skills in problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making. Giving and taking direction like a pro. Flexible work availability.
