Occupational Therapist - Part-Time

May Center School, Randolph, MA

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with Autism and developmental disabilities. As a Part-Time Occupational Therapist , you'll work alongside a dedicated team to enhance students' independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.

Your Role :

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support student progress.
  • Design and implement functional activities that address students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
  • Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to IEP evaluations and ongoing student support .

What You Need :

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensure : Valid MA Occupational Therapy license.
  • Skills : Strong multitasking, collaboration, and initiative.
  • Qualities : Passion for student progress and teamwork.
