Technical Project Manager

Job Description

MDG is seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to join our team!

The Technical Project Manager supports the agency by exemplifying our core values : Dedication, Responsibility, Integrity, Vision, and Excellence. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital projects concurrently — including website builds, landing pages, email campaigns, and ongoing digital marketing initiatives. A successful candidate is an organized, proactive, and technically inclined individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage high-volume workloads with composure and efficiency.

MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday / Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p every day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyze business objectives and translate them into detailed project plans.
• Define and plan the scope of digital projects, prepare budgets, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
• Prioritize projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding scope, technical requirements, and trade-offs.
• Leverage tools to improve software development workflows, maximize team productivity, and mitigate risks.
• Forecast resource needs and management accordingly to meet project goals.
• Act as the point of contact for developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure clarity on priorities and risk areas.
• Liaise directly with clients and account managers for technical project updates and requests.
• Address and resolve challenges during development to maintain momentum.
• Measure project performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and organize thorough documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with quality expectations.
• Participate in quarterly planning, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as needed to keep projects on track.
