Description :

Looking for a dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RN.

This position involves working the night shift, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM.

The contract length is for 13 weeks.

Weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis.

Floating may be necessary to pediatrics and NICU if census is down.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience with a variety of critical care skills.

Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.

Previous charge experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

RN's will care for adolescents, infants, and pediatric patients with a range of conditions.

The unit typically maintains a patient ratio of 2 during the night shifts.

Daily census averages around 2 patients, with a maximum of 5 beds available.

Qualified applicants will have experience with key procedures and equipment relevant to pediatric critical care.

No call duty is required for this position.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with multiple charting systems.
