Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and proficient Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility featuring a 70-bed, Level-III NICU at Golisano Children's Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. With a health system encompassing two facilities that manage around 7000 deliveries annually, this position offers a collaborative environment alongside experienced professionals. Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service, giving you the chance to work in a comprehensive care environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide attending coverage at the Level-III NICU.
• Deliver high-quality care for high-risk deliveries with in-house call and 24-hour NNP coverage.
• Conduct well baby care as part of Level-I coverage and offer backup coverage from home.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs in a family-centered unit.
• Engage in a robust quality improvement program and clinical research opportunities, if desired.
• Participate in a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth.
• Work 12-hour shifts with the option for 24 hours based on experience; total of 156 hours / month (1872 / year).
