SUMMARY

The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on finished products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This individual will work closely with engineering and quality to identify issues document test results and support manufacturing processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Setup and operate test stands and instruments including (but not limited to) vibration and noise meters.
• Complete performance vibration and noise tests on products.
• Record and analyze test data identifying deviations from specifications. Diagnose issues during testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures results and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with testing supervisor and engineering team to refine test procedures and resolve problems.
• Ensures that products are tested within timely manner.
• Performs necessary transactions in ERP system to maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensures test equipment is within calibration and functioning safely and properly.
• Maintains a clean and orderly workspace within the test room.
• Other duties as assigned.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $31500.00 - $47300.00 depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
