$82,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year base, performance-based unlimited commission structure

The External Acquisition Agent Program is designed for capitalized entrepreneurs seeking an opportunity to acquire their own Farmers® agency. This Acquisition Agent Program may also offer up to a 36‑month bonus opportunity.

Farmers District is seeking professionals to become a Farmers Insurance agent in the Bay Area. We understand that it takes time to build a small business and develop the necessary skills and understanding to excel in the insurance industry. We provide our Farmers Insurance agents with ongoing training and support throughout their entire journey.

Insurance Licensing : Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required before full‑time agent appointment. If you are not licensed, we will help you obtain your licenses free of charge.

Book of Business Opportunities

Annual Salary : $75,000‑$85,000 before any new business sales (Cost of Book : Negotiable)

Annual Salary : $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year (Cost of Book : Negotiable)

Signing Bonus : Up to $5,000 bonus following full‑time retail agency appointment

Monthly Bonus : Based on monthly new business and production

Annual Bonus : Based on 12‑month new business and production for three years
