Manage s the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation and other reward programs for all DaVita businesses to ensure alignm ent with business strategies and teammate care while considering financial drivers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

Review s, modifies and administer s compensation and other reward programs.

Partner s with HR and business leaders to identify strategies and recommendations.

Facilitate s and manage s the annual review of market competitiveness for clinic, production, corporate, and executive positions. Identify annual salary increase budgets, additional market adjustments or special pay program changes.

Manage s incentive compensation and administration for incentive plans, including; annual incentive plans, employee recognition, long term incentive plans-stock options, stock appreciation rights, performance shares, and restricted shares. Partner s with external venders to ensure seamless quality service.

Lead s the annual salary increase processes to ensure accurate and timely increases. Review s processes and systems to identify potential opportunities for improved effectiveness.

Manage s the review, modification and implementation of performance management and development processes and tools.

Provide s expert consulting, advice and support on compensation and other employee care issues to internal managers. Understands legal and regulatory implications in compensation programs.

Provide s leadership, coaching and support to compensation team and within Human Resources.

Provide s education and training as necessary to local HR business partners and teammates.

Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed .

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required .

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent level of Human Resource experience

6-8 years of h uman resource experience, with 6 years in compensation

3 years management experience or equivalent

Advanced computer skills including Microsoft programs, particularly within Excel and Access.

Strong communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $84,000.00 - $133,000.00 / year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year, Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour, Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hour

Washington Exempt : $77,968.80 / year Washington Non-exempt : Bellingham : $17.66 / hour, Burien : $21.16 / hour, Unincorporated King County : $20.29 / hour, Renton : $20.90 / hour, Seattle : $20.76 / hour, Tukwila : $21.10 / hour, Remainder of Washington state : $16.66 / hour
