AI Innovation Manager

The AI Innovation Manager will focus on ensuring that lawyers and business professionals effectively use the firms AI and practice technology tools. This role emphasizes end-user support training and communications creating resources that enable adoption and ensuring that tools are embedded into daily workflows. The positions primary responsibility is enablement adoption and ongoing user engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep curiosity and commitment to understanding AI and its potential in legal practice consistently seeking to expand their expertise and apply it in practical ways.

• Develop and maintain user-friendly resources such as quick-start guides feature sheets prompt libraries FAQs and short video tutorials.
• Manage and update a central resource hub for practice technology ensuring materials are accessible and relevant.

Qualifications

The estimated base salary range for this position is $180000 to $250000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors including skills education training credentials experience scope and complexity of role responsibilities geographic location and performance. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
