Must-Have Skills :

High-speed I / O circuit design and circuit-level simulations

Signal Integrity (SI) & Power Integrity (PI)

Bump, RDL, package, and power / grid layout creation

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop high-speed I / O circuits for advanced process nodes

Perform system and circuit-level simulations to optimize I / O performance

Collaborate with SIPI, Package, and Analog teams for SI / PI and interposer analysis

Conduct system-level modeling of IO interfaces for performance assessment

Qualifications :

BSEE / MSEE or equivalent experience

5+ years in physical design or automated layout creation

Experience with high-speed analog / mixed-signal I / O circuits and s-parameter modeling

Strong knowledge of DDR / LPDDR interface architectures

Proficient with Spectre, HSPICE, HFSS

Solid SI / PI background

Familiarity with MATLAB or Python for modeling / automation

EDA scripting skills (Tcl, Perl, Python)
