Job Title : Sr. Technical Business Analyst

Location : Jersey City NJ / Lake Mary FL / Pittsburgh PA 4 Days onsite role

Hiring Mode : Fulltime & Contract role

Who are we looking for

We need a skilled Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Wealth Management Business Analyst with strong communication skills.

Youll work with senior leaders and Agile teams for top financial clients defining requirements managing backlogs and prioritizing features with clients.

This is a highly collaborative environment and you will be expected to be in workplace few days a week.

Responsibilities will include :

• Prioritize features with clients
• Provide business expertise to engineering teams
• Define product requirements and manage the backlog prioritization for multiple development tracks
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Agile teams experienced with agile tools like Jira and hands on with collaborative platforms like Confluence for documentation management.
• Fluent with creating functional diagrams and can work with little supervision
• Provide weekly reporting to leadership teams
