BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Admissions Physical Therapist, for a full-time opportunity performing home health visits in territories throughout Gloucester County, NJ.

Admissions PT's will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOCs) for adult and geriatric patients. Home Health and OASIS experience is required for this position.

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation :

$60.00 - $68.00 per point
