The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our integrative care team playing a key role in leadership, compliance, and clinical direction.

You’ll collaborate with other healthcare professionals & nutrition specialists to deliver personalized care plans designed around each patient’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute health conditions
• Deliver and oversee care in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and metabolic health
• Participate in advanced training for aesthetic and wellness therapies (education provided)
• Support practice leadership, staff mentorship, and patient care excellence
