Insight Global' s client has over 40 years of experience designing and manufacturing sign solutions for the transportation and petroleum. Making top notch products for the nation's leading fuel retailers and transportation agencies to create premier sign solutions. They are seeking a talented Production Supervisor / Manager to help them in this mission.

In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. Supervisors should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. At the division level, responsible for machining, fabricating, welding, assembling, or for the processing operations required in the production of the finished product, goods, or services of the organizational unit. Reports to the Director of Manufacturing and is responsible for department personnel, quality, production and inventory control, etc.

This Position is a First / Second-Line Supervisory. The highest Level Supervised is First-Line Supervisors / Leads.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Industrial manufacturing experience
• Experience supervising at least 4 areas of the business (for example; welding, electronic assembly, painting, etc.)
• Experience overseeing large teams of 20+
• Experience in an ISO environment
