Job Requirements :

• Experience as a social worker within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities
• MA Social Work License (Required)
• Admission : 1 year (Preferred)
• long term care : 1 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities :
