We are looking for a licensed professional who is proficient in physical therapy and has a passion for patient care. Your expertise in evaluation and treatment, along with excellent communication skills, will help us provide outstanding service to our diverse patient population.

The Physical Therapist will deliver comprehensive physical therapy services, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation. You will also take part in discharge planning and documentation while collaborating with our healthcare team to achieve established goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough evaluations including reviewing patient histories, performing assessments, and documenting your findings. Communicate results and treatment plans clearly with patients and their families, ensuring collaborative goal-setting.
• Expertly implement treatment protocols based on evaluations and patient presentations. Stay attuned to any changes in conditions that may require adjustments to care plans or consultations.
• Ensure effective discharge planning and follow-up. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient care, covering initial evaluations, updates, and discharge summaries.
• Manage your time effectively and meet productivity expectations while keeping patient schedules organized. Embrace a commitment to deliver exceptional patient access through adaptability and empathy.
• Take proactive steps for your professional development and enhance your skills by engaging in continuing education. Serve as a mentor to students and assist with onboarding new staff and volunteers.

Qualifications :

This position is offered at a competitive rate of USD $60.00 per hour.
