About Us : Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Executive Administrator to support our sales team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, customer communications, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

What you’ll do :

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, customer visits, and trade shows.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, quotes, and customer proposals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer information, interactions, and sales data.
  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, expense reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Plan and organize various types of events, including meetings, conferences, parties, or corporate gatherings, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
  • Track order status and communicate updates to customers and internal departments.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to support the sales cycle.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for contracts, pricing, and correspondence.

Qualifications :

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
