What You'll Do

This role combines communication, organization, and leadership development in a dynamic, people-centered environment. Each day, you'll play an important role in helping members understand their benefits and make informed decisions for their families.

Your main responsibilities include :

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information about their benefits.
• Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based consultations to explain available programs.
• Presenting benefit options clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
• Using basic computer and data-entry skills to complete digital forms and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and quality control standards are met.
• Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development designed to help you grow within the organization.
