Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Certifications Requirements : Current Georgia State PT License, CPR certification, and BLS certification
- Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; previous travel therapy experience preferred; experience working with ortho and sports patient populations
- Other Requirements : Ability to work days from 8 AM to 5 PM; excellent communication skills; flexibility to float to other clinics as needed; ability to handle a patient load of 12-14 patients per day; proficient in EMR systems; physically capable of assisting with patient mobility and therapy activities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and sports-related patient populations, developing personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy notes within the EMR system.Execute therapy sessions in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring safety and adherence to professional standards.Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed, and communicate with patients about their therapy goals and progress.Apply now through Connected Health Care - submit your resume today!
