This individual is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, private practices, social workers, treatment professionals, and community organizations. The Business Development Representative serves as a passionate advocate for the organization’s services and works closely with the admissions, clinical, and executive teams to ensure alignment of strategic growth initiatives with ethical, patient-centered care.
