Saltmarsh is looking for an experienced Tax Senior who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships. This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves as a leader and is looking to grow within a firm that values development mentorship and advancement.

As a Tax Senior you will be responsible for managing complex tax engagements mentoring junior staff and contributing to the strategic goals of the tax department. Youll work closely with clients across a variety of industries providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with federal state and local tax regulations.

What Youll Do

As a Tax Senior you will :

• Prepare and review complex individual corporate partnership and trust tax returns
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
• Supervise and mentor junior staff providing training and performance feedback
• Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes
• Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client service
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting
• Support business development efforts through networking and client outreach
