Key Responsibilities
Resolve open issues related to submitted life insurance applications from entry to coverage placement
Review and audit life insurance applications to ensure completeness before submission to carriers
Maintain application records and proactively communicate with carriers to expedite processes
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of Life-specific New Business experience in an insurance agency, BGA / IMO, or carrier environment
Experience ensuring applications are processed quickly and are "not-in-good-order" (NIGO) free
Proficiency with CRM software and process management tools
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases
