Job Summary :
- Alluvionic is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO and leadership team.

Must be Willing to Obtain Location : Melbourne, FL Responsibilities : Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and executive team.Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership meetings, and company-wide events.Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.Support personal scheduling and administrative tasks for the CEO as needed.Track, manage, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.Assist with expense reporting, invoices, and budget tracking; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and proactively solve problems to increase efficiency.Responsibilities :
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.Proven experience supporting C-level executives strongly preferred.Experience with DCAA-compliant expense reports, a plus.Familiarity with government contracting environment, a plus.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new software.High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
