As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU support units, with every shift presenting new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care according to established standards, policies, and procedures. You will apply evidence-based practices, lead efforts to create a safe patient environment, and ensure the best possible patient experience.

Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess patient needs, implement interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness. Your role will include involving patients and their families in the care plan while anticipating significant changes in patient conditions and needs.

You will coordinate discharge plans and continuously evaluate patient outcomes, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration with your healthcare team. As a leader, you will delegate appropriately, support patient safety initiatives, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program required.

Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills : Proficient in clinical patient care, computer usage, and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
