We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a B2B sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals.
Essential Responsibilities
- Training : Complete all assigned training modules and certifications prior to assigned due dates.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and execute cold outreach via phone and email. Follow up on cold and warm leads.
- Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Prospective Client Meetings : Conduct engaging product and service offering meetings to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation : Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- CRM Management : Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using HubSpot Sales Hub CRM.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to refine sales strategies.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Completes assigned training and learning materials as required for advancement opportunities.Participates in company training classes to remain current on products, offerings, and programs.Follows open and closing procedures.Manages Open Orders daily to reserve stock.Assists in the administrative functions of the department.Reviews data and performance with supervisor on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Proposes and implements standards of customer service.Performs data entry and responds to inquiries.Completes other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and manager.Develop and maintain key accounts.Work with vendor partners and logistics to ship large orders.Follow leads from field and corporate support.Provide prompt and concise quotes to prospective clients.Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.Education
High School diploma or equivalent preferredProfessional Experience
B2B Sales Experience requiredExperience in the furniture industry is a plus.Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfoExperience with the HubSpot CRMSkills List
