A well-established, high-volume restaurant in the heart of Charlestons vibrant King Street corridor is seeking a creative, passionate Executive Chef to lead its culinary program.

We are looking for a chef who thrives on executing bold flavors , respects the art of wood-fired cooking , and is eager to craft seasonal dishes .

About the Role :

This position is ideal for a hospitality-driven culinary leader who brings professionalism, creativity, and calm under pressure. You'll be hands-on in service, developing and mentoring your team, curating a strong culinary identity, and maintaining operational excellence from cost control to vendor relations.

What Youll Do :

• Lead kitchen operations for a multi-level venue
• Create innovative, craveable dishes that photograph as beautifully as they taste
• Maintain culinary consistency, safety, cleanliness, and cost controls
• Hire, train, and inspire a positive, driven back-of-house team
• Oversee all culinary aspects of private events and high-volume services
• Collaborate with service leadership on menu development, pacing, and guest experience
