Salary : $40 to $50 per hour

Day Shift 5 x 8s. Inpatient.

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health services in Fort Bragg. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with patients in their homes, facilitating recovery and improving their quality of life. We welcome applications from both experienced home health professionals and those new to the field, particularly those with acute care experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in their home environment.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and therapeutic techniques to enhance recovery.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Travel to patient homes within the designated area, with mileage reimbursed at government rates.
