We are looking for a Community Delivery Manager to join us on a Fixed Term Contract until February 28th 2026.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing team at Evri. As a Community Delivery Manager , you'll be responsible for ensuring the final mile of our parcel journey runs smoothly – putting customers and clients at the heart of everything you do. You'll lead performance across delivery units by supporting, developing and engaging our network of self-employed and SE+ couriers.

• Driving continuous improvement, using data and management insights (MI) to improve service delivery.
• Monitoring and improving performance metrics, including Speed of Service, Next Day, C2C, Collections, Claims / Enquiries, and more.
• Minimising customer enquiries by enhancing the delivery experience through effective courier engagement and communication.
• Capacity management – interviewing, selecting, and onboarding couriers to ensure full round coverage.
