Communications Manager
Raymond James is seeking a Communications Manager to provide strategy direction, message development, and communication planning and implementation to increase the understanding of corporate vision, business strategies, and individual projects among the company’s audiences (internal and / or external). The role will develop and help implement the strategy for new and existing communication channels, increase awareness and support corporate objectives, and provide regular reporting for channel and message readership / impact. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.
Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice.
Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
Skills
Express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, and policies by means of clear and effective verbal communications.
Identify potential stakeholders, analyze their expectations, and develop strategies for managing stakeholders and their expectations.
Express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, and policies by means of clear and effective writing.
Work with guidelines and processes in place for producing marketing content.
