Job Details

Job Description :

Support project management and field operations with RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control

Track and coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and subcontractor activities

Assist in creating and updating project schedules, drawing logs, and meeting minutes

Maintain construction documents, drawings, and records to ensure version control and compliance

Support project team in managing change orders, pay applications, and cost tracking

Participate in owner / architect / contractor meetings and maintain consistent communication with field staff

Help ensure site safety, logistics, and quality standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

0–3 years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a GC or CM

Prior internship or field experience on healthcare or technical projects a plus

Strong understanding of construction documents, processes, and terminology

Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Must reside in Billings, MT or be willing to relocate
