We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity, while driving process improvements in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Role Overview

As the Accounting Manager , you will lead the accounting operations, manage month-end and year-end close processes, and collaborate closely with finance, FP&A, and other departments. You’ll ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee internal controls, helping to strengthen the financial health of the organization. This position is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Manage the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Supervise a small team of accountants and provide coaching, guidance, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, continuously identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules as needed
• Oversee revenue recognition and SaaS-specific accounting matters, ensuring proper application of ASC 606
• Monitor cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and operational expenses to ensure alignment with forecasts
• Drive the improvement of accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Solid understanding of GAAP and experience with ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition)
