Responsibilities
- Provide safe and high-quality bathing and grooming services to customers' pets.
- Excellent customer service providing the highest level of client and team support.
- Lead the charge to ensure the groom shop is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and groomers.
- Participate and contribute to groomer performance management activities with the Store Manager.
- New groomer onboarding and orientation.
Qualifications
Management or leadership experience.3 years of professional Pet Grooming experience (required)Pet Grooming experience must be highlighted within your resume to be considered for this role3 years of professional grooming experience.Must be willing to provide photos of previous animals groomed.Must always professionally handle all pets safely and humanely.Benefits

Hourly rates are determined by experience and productivity.Lead Groomers may earn extra pay by training Grooming Technicians, receiving 30% of the trainees' commissions once certified.
