AI Analyst- Construction Technology

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI / ML models designed for production environments in construction.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, model training, validation, and operational integration.
• Incorporate advancements in LLM / NLP technologies to enable automated contract analysis, risk detection, and chatbot support for customers and field teams.
• Deliver predictive models to forecast project schedules, equipment utilization, budget variances, and workforce planning.
• Apply MLOps best practices (CI / CD, monitoring, model retraining) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and transparency.
• Document models, APIs, and workflows to support knowledge transfer across IT, engineering, and product teams.
• Evaluate and implement hosting solutions and off-the-shelf AI tools where applicable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and integrate AI-driven improvements into workflows.
