Our client, a well-established corporation with decades of experience in Southern California, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Charge Book Keeper to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the finance department, you will support various financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Job Title : Full Charge Book Keeper
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range : $35 / hr
Shift : 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
Perform journal entries and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
Conduct daily bank and account reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
Prepare monthly internal financial statements for multiple entities.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with attention to detail.
Oversee full cycle accounting, including inventory management, cash flow, and payroll payments.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in bank reconciliation, general bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
Preferably hold a B.S. degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required; knowledge of Sage ACCPAC is a plus.
Excellent work ethic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
