We’re hiring a Telephone Operator to join our West Cancer Clinic in Tigard, OR! In this role, you’ll support our clinics by serving as the first point of contact for our patients. While prior experience with a switchboard, receptionist duties, or administrative work is a plus, what matters most is your commitment to caring for patients and delivering exceptional customer service. At Compass, we do important work every day- and we’d love for you to be part of our team.

Scope : Under direct supervision, is responsible for providing a full range of telephone switchboard duties, including triaging calls and relaying messages. Assists with clerical duties as required. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Employment Type : Full-Time, 40 Hours M-F

Location : West Cancer Clinic; Tigard, OR

Salary Range : $17.10-$23.02 Per Hour

• Final offer amounts are determined by a review of the candidate’s applicable experience and qualifications, as well as, internal employee equity considerations

Experience / Training : Position is entry level and requires (0-3) years of related experience, preferably in a medical setting.
